RentMen: What kind of diet and fitness regime do you follow?
I have a membership at a gym that I work out 5 times a week. The pool and jacuzzi there is also really great. I do use weights but I'm always doing squats to muscle up my ass and legs. I have very strong lower body. I also do a lot of work with my abs and I tone my arms but I'm not looking to bulk them up just to tone them up and build up my shoulders. I don't find bulk appealing, so I concentrate on toning up more than anything. Diet wise, I only drink bottled water and juice. I live with a gourmet cook, my boyfriend, who is the love of my life. So I can't say that I have the most health conscious diet, so I have to watch my portions. I do favor salads, though.
