scottsimon:

Love taking walks and having deep conversations about life just as much as being silly on the dance floor

scottsimon:

My motivation. I like to push myself to explore and discover new things, to learn from others, and to take what I have learned to maximize my potential and excel at the task at hand.

What kind of diet and fitness regimen do you follow?

scottsimon:

I take fitness very seriously. I go to the gym every day while also doing cardio daily, mainly through walking and dancing (I hate running!). I watch carefully what I eat, focusing on maximizing protein and minimizing carbs.
