We eat a balanced diet of protein, veggies, and whole wheat carbs.
We take a lot of vitamins and always ensure we are healthy without health issues.
We workout every day, if we do not work out for a day, we get grumpy.
Our body is like a car, if you take care of it when you get it it will last you longer. We often don't respect our body till we get to a certain age and is too late to change the path of health issues. Always take care of your body is souls soul vehicle to interact on this world.
