RentMen:
Tell us about the best experience you have had in life.
YQGSMC:
There are 2 experiences that I will always cherish. I was married for 23 years and throughout that time my partner and I fostered 5 children. Both experiences come from those. First, was the day I got to deliver my 3rd foster child in the hospital. An experience as a gay man I never thought I would get to receive. The next experience I never thought I would receive as a gay man was the opportunity to be called Grandpa. That's right, my 5th and final foster child kept in touch with me after aging out of the foster care system and at the age of 42, my 20 year old foster child gave me the most precious gift of a grandchild.
RentMen:
What do you enjoy most about yourself?
YQGSMC:
Along with many other people I have come to know, I enjoy my cheerful and positive energy. Do not be surprised if while we are out I burst into song or dance with the background music or just the music playing in my head. You will be hard pressed to find me in a bad mood as I tend to make the best out of any situation I am in. I try not to let one bad experience in my day ruin the entire day. There are so many other experiences during the day that outweigh that one bad experience. That is not to say that I do not have bad days that I just want to start over ever, I just do not dwell on them and anticipate the new day for new experiences.
RentMen:
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
YQGSMC:
I travel often, however not as far as I would prefer. I visit the beautiful west coast about 6 times a year when I am shooting my next film. I live on the border of Windsor and Detroit so I try and get away to America at least once a month with Detroit, Chicago, Cleveland and New York City as my favourite go to places to visit. Convince me to visit your favourite city.
RentMen:
Tell us a little about yourself, if you were to pick something what would you like others to absolutely know about you?
YQGSMC:
What you need to know about me is that I do not have a sense of smell or taste (pre covid) and I have a form of colourblindness. So yes, I am broken. That means I do not need to be (although it is very welcomed) wined & dined at expensive restaurants. My pallet will not be tickled by the taste of an exotic steak or rare mushroom. I am just as happy and nourished by a simple home made meal or take out. Do not waste your money on me with fancy meals, save it for a night of drinks and dancing.
I apologize in advance if my outfit does not match when we meet, but that is why you will usually find me in my leathers or birthday suit when we do meet lol
