A: I am gradueting in Personal Training and Sport Nutrition so I´d say I do this at a PRO level.
Long Story short, I train hard 4/5 days a week (stenght or hypertrophy, depending on the season) and eat 6 times per day (all year round) plenty of cereals, protein, healthy fat and alcaline water.

A: I´d tell you that I feel so lucky and grateful for having my family, very motivated to keep building strong relations with the ones that I love. I´d tell you that I am convinced that this life isn´t the only journey to our soul but just a phase - on this planet Earth I am not achieving things for their own sake but planting seeds for what is next and what I´ll leave behind me as a legacy to others.
A: I am graduating in personal training and coaching so I spend lots of time at the gym or helping buddies get in shape.
