What kind of diet and fitness regimen do you follow?
UpperKlass_XL:
I am gradueting in Personal Training and Sport Nutrition so I´d say I do this at a PRO level.
Long Story short, I train hard 4/5 days a week (stenght or hypertrophy, depending on the season) and eat 6 times per day (all year round) plenty of cereals, protein, healthy fat and alcaline water.

What are 5 things you can’t live without?

1.My mobile phone (unfortunately)
2.My clothes (in this society)
3.GYM
4.Skincare Products
5.Good Wine

If we sat on the beach and drank wine and ate great food just you and I, what would you tell me about yourself and your life?
UpperKlass_XL:
I´d tell you that I feel so lucky and grateful for having my family, very motivated to keep building strong relations with the ones that I love. I´d tell you that I am convinced that this life isn´t the only journey to our soul but just a phase - on this planet Earth I am not achieving things for their own sake but planting seeds for what is next and what I´ll leave behind me as a legacy to others.

What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?
UpperKlass_XL:
I am graduating in personal training and coaching so I spend lots of time at the gym or helping buddies get in shape.
I also like walking, hiking, meditation and chatting with friends
