As far as diet goes; I do watch what I eat for the most part but I keep my diet mainly protein with few carbs/unhealthy fat.

A: Iโve never half assed anything in my entire life. I donโt care what it is; if I do something then I give it 150% or I donโt bother doing it. You always get out exactly what you put in. ๐ฏ
A: Hanginโ with my kid is my ultimate favorite thing to do. Then itโs the gym where I can release stress, build muscle & be alone in my thoughts.
Besides that; I enjoy anything outdoors: sky diving, shark diving, snorkeling, scuba diving, base jumping, basketball, baseball, paintball, airsoft, hiking/camping, traveling & exploring.
