A: Gluten free foods, low glycemic sugars, and lots of water! Yoga, Pilates, and infrared exercise are also a part of my regime.

A: I’m not like a lot of other guys on this site and let me tell you why:
I have a good relationship with my whole family, I’m college educated, I don’t have substance abuse issues, I currently own a business and have managed others when I was in a corporate role, I have a nice clean car and home, I go to the doctor regularly, I try to lead a healthy lifestyle, and I frequently submerse myself in new experiences through travel, food, and culture.

Q: What are 5 things you can’t live without?

A: Coffee, warm weather, good food, yoga, and good sex :)
