A: I travel interstate a fair bit between Melbourne & Sydney however I haven't the pleasure of numerous overseas trips...... yet
A: Current training about 3-4 days a week at the gym . Then a small 1-2 runs a week. I need to do something physical almost every day as I find it keeps me centred.
