Q: What kind of diet and fitness regimen do you follow?

A: eat more than any other man i know, and just keep swimming.

Q: What would you like your readers to know about you that is unique and even a bit personal?

A: I haven't my xyphoid process, born with out one actually.

Q: If we sat on the beach and drank wine and ate great food just you and I, what would you tell me about yourself and your life?

A: I am the product of my surroundings, and life is good there is always something to be grateful for, even in the hollows of the darkest times. This is when a star shines its brightest, so be a star, and follow your bliss. Thats how i see life.

Q: What should others absolutely know about you?

A: -I care about EVERYTHING, even the little things you thought were insignificant; I am passionate about them. I prefer building long lasting, well developed relationships, whether friendships, partners, family bonds, or business relationships.

Q: What do you enjoy most about yourself?

A: -My ability to stay true to myself, and maintain the things that I find important about myself and others cherish. Im most certainly cut from a different cloth. (hopefully a good thing)

A: -family/friends
