Q: Tell us a little about yourself, if you were to pick something what would you like others to absolutely know about you?

A: I hate seafood.

Q: What are your lifestyle specifics that makes who you are?

A: My lifestyle or “way of life” has been ever evolving. I was a theater geek / choir nerd up until I graduated high school. My entire life has revolved around some sort of athletic thing... from 16 years of lacrosse (right defense - represent!) to volleyball to CrossFit to now loving powerlifting — that is what makes me who I am.. that and my support system that has always been there.

Q: What would you like your readers to know about you that is unique and even a bit personal?

A: I have two dimples on my ass cheeks. hahahah

Q: What would you say are your greatest attributes?

A: Smile, My big heart, My knack for making people smile

Q: What kind of diet and fitness regimen do you follow?

A: Meat and Patatoes

Q: How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?

A: I am an extrovert who recharges introvertly

Q: What should others absolutely know about you?

A: I despise seafood (all kinds), cannot stand the smell. I also am a big communicator/open book

A: My positive outlook - I work extremely hard to make sure I can have myself and my clients be in good energy.
