A: I typically have a strict diet but occasionally cheat with brownies and ice cream before bed. Usually lift 6-7 days a week.
A: Honestly most of my spare time is spent in the gym training. I also enjoy the beach, sand volleyball and hiking. At home I like to cook while enjoying a glass of wine.
