The wrestling thing is usually passive and more a give and take session. I usually show and teach how to apply a certain move and you hold me into the each wrestling hold for a minute or two :) sometimes with increasing strength.
I love beards or any type of facial hair, I love hairy chests, so please don't shave ;)
