A: If we sat on a beach and drank wine I would tell you that the beach is my favorite escape from the world. I love going to the beach and relaxing and listening to the water. A: I have a lot fat high protein diet. I work out 4-5 times a week. Typically focused on lifting weights and light cardio. I change my routine monthly to keep my body in a state of shock so it keeps growing.

Q: How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?

A: I travel pretty often. Usually every other week. I leave the country every 1-2 months. I have been to about 11 countries so far!
