A: Rarely do I travel. I am a hone body.

A: The best experience I have had is being present for the birth of my girls. Having the joy and trials of raising them.

A: I need the basics. Food, air, water, fun, good friends, helping people.

A: I am very much the guy next door. Work in healthcare and around the house.

A: Outdoor fun swimming, canoeing, camping, river floats. Woodworking and reading.

A: I go to the gym as often as I can usually a one hour work out. Diet is nothing special just try to control portion size.
