RentMen:
How do you go the 'Extra Mile' in your life?
OnlyBoyBenji:
I try to always be kind, considerate and compassionate to everyone I meet and am a firm believer in "do what makes you happy as long as it's not hurting anybody else." I'd consider myself a very "live and let live" kind of person and like people to do what makes them happy, as long as they follow the same principle. I'm very much a team player and want the best for all.
RentMen:
What kind of diet and fitness regimen do you follow?
OnlyBoyBenji:
I'm a very free-flowing and free-spirited kind of person and therefore too much structure and strictness can curb my enjoyment. Though, I'd consider myself a lot more disciplined than I used to be and try hit the gym and do both weight training and some cardio every day until my body tells me it needs a break. I also go at no set time everyday and will commit whenever I feel I want to - an insight into how I live my life in general. I've been going to the gym and working out since I was 14 years old. As for diet, I've tried many things including obsessive calorie counting, and realised it all comes down to mindful eating at the end of it. Overall, I'm conscious of my calorie intake, don't drink alcohol, am generally very active, and eat a healthy balance of carbs, fats, and proteins.
RentMen:
What would you say are your greatest attributes?
OnlyBoyBenji:
My open-mindedness, my empathy, my sensitivity, my compassion, my creativity, and my ability and willingness to understand things from another's perspective.
RentMen:
What distinguishes you from all the other people you know?
OnlyBoyBenji:
I'm a very deep and complex person, something people often misjudge about me given my line of work. But, funnily enough, that's also the same reason that I do what I do. I have a huge passion for self-development and meeting all walks of life allows me to do that; as I learn so much about others, the world, and ultimately myself. It's the same reason that I have such a desire to travel the world and explore different cultures.
