A: It's kinda boring, but I walk/jog 4 miles, early morning, 6 days/week. (I like the time alone to think and clearly and relax) 4 days/week I enjoy a 45 minute weight-lifting routine. Currently experimenting with a rowing machine instead of jogging cardio. I like it.
My diet is primarily plant based but I splurge occasionally with a "juicy piece of beef" LOL! I am a foodie by nature and enjoy a good restaurant hangout.
