A: I really enjoy both situations:) I like the quiet and peaceful space that I created at home, but I also enjoy discovering new destinations or traveling to other cities when the opportunity comes.
A: Im very flexible with my diet when I’m going out with friends, I’m not restricted in any way. I just like to eat in a healthy way.
Most of the time I like to cook and I eat at home to have control over my health and ingredients that I put into my body. I eat a lot of healthy non processed fats, eggs, greens, and pasture raised meat or wild fish. I avoid seed oils, sugars, and any type of processed food.
About my fitness regimen, I work out almost every day for about 40 minutes, lifting light to medium weights in a very slow motion making sure that my posture it’s right. I like the end my work out with some sauna and cold showers to leave the gym feeling like a brand new person
