A: I love to travel... but that costs money 😅 I enjoy traveling more than home but after a few days can’t wait to get back in my own bed.

A: I eat what’s healthy-ish and don’t worry about it if I have a chocolate muffin from time to time. I workout maybe 3-7 times a week and love sprints to rejuvenate me all around.

A: I go to the Jim, I lift the weight and put it back down. I stay active so I can stay out of my mind. I socialize so I don’t get caught up in my life and it’s problems.
