RentMen:
What are your lifestyle specifics that makes who you are?
Kris_Canada:
I make my schedule up as I go along or choose from the work offered to me (I work as both crew and talent, so behind AND in front of the camera), which affords me tons of flexibility.
I've molded my life this way because it's what suits me best. I work plenty, but don't want life to ONLY be work. We need rest, we need play.
The pursuit of pleasure, what makes us feel good, should be top priority. We're only here for so long, should enjoy it as much as possible while we can.
RentMen:
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
Kris_Canada:
I'm starting to travel more again. There's a ton of the world I still need to see, though. I've done a lot of the Caribbean, Florida, Vegas, upstate New York, and a few other states enough times (still plenty more to see), Venezuela is the only part of South America I've seen (years ago, when they were having less problems), did Cancun during American Spring Break once...
But yeah, Europe, Australia, Asia, Africa -- all new ground for me. Lots to see.
As of August 2019, I got my passport renewed for the first time in years and was exploring a bit again, venturing out (started driving to Buffalo and Rochester in New York state a bit, had planned bigger destinations), but the pandemic put a damper on that. Will make up for that soon.
Summer 2022: hit Buffalo, Rochester, Cleveland, and a bunch of other upstate New York and Ohio spots
Fall 2022: did Montreal & Ottawa in October, November, and December, will return many times in 2023 starting late January.
Winter 2023/2024: sky's the limit! 😀 Invite me to your city/town/small village--you show me your world and I'll show you a thing or two in bed. 😉😜
Likely going naked-sailing at SOME point, but haven't yet.
RentMen:
What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?
Kris_Canada:
Kinda covered this under What do you do for fun?, but since I missed a few things there...I spend too much time online (like most of us nowadays) reading and watching bits of randomness.
I usually have a book or two on the go, often related to whatever adaptation I'm working on in my film & television day job.
When I REALLY have a day off, I might take a good soak in the tub. Especially if I've just gone for a massage (love going for massages regularly--mostly the mainstream RMT kind, but occasionally an erotic/happy ending massage too). Something you wanna do with me, right ? C'mon, no it AIN'T an unmasculine thing to do, it's fuckin' hot and you KNOW it's gonna lead to more sex after we've relaxed a bit, so GET in the tub with me already, bud ! 😉
(most of the time, though, it's showers--ALSO something hot to do together)
I watch way too much screen, freely admit that -- but hey, I work in the film & TV industry, so there's my excuse. Research. From sci-fi to comedy to drama to comedic political talk shows to fantasy, I like a variety. Mostly the well-written and well-acted kind, but I'm not above some mindless fluff as well (bonus if it contains some eye candy)
RentMen:
How do you go the 'Extra Mile' in your life?
Kris_Canada:
I really don't. You know what ? Fuck this question real hard into the pavement, seriously. I'm too laid back in my overall life for that "Extra Mile" bullshit. I'll go the extra mile for YOU (depending on what you're asking of me, of course...even I have my limits, hah). I'll SOMETIMES go the extra mile for one of my JOBS, when I want something badly enough or feel as passionately about a project as its creator does. But otherwise ? I believe that most folks only put in an appropriate amount of effort daily and act like professionals -- pretty standard stuff, you'd hope, not going an extra mile, though.
