A: A very strict diet that isn't processed, doesn't contain bad fats, and no packaged foods that doesn't come from trees. Very bad for you if you don't read the nutritional guide which I always do. Strictly lots of protein filled foods, and 3 protein shakes divided throughout the day. I've been focusing on plyometrics, isometrics, and calisthenics lately. Weights are really for amateurs, lifting heavier and heavier will only lead to back problems and joint issues in the long run. Body weight is way sufficient enough to get you to where you need to be if you can master it.
A: I go to the gym twice a day if I can, yes I've mentioned this quite a few times. I still can't get my eating habits down. I have to take in so much calories and I'm not exactly rich to be able to eat as much as I want so here I am. I need more money for more food to satisfy the body I wish to attain. There I said it. I wanna be slightly bigger and more leaner. Besides that I like to read erotica books, and play some video games and talk to my friends.
A: I used to masturbate every day, 2-3 times a day. I was a horny fuck, now I realize that just makes me lonely and not sociable so I've taken a break and I still do, just not as much.
A: I'm really enjoying this food but I don't drink any more. I've been 4 months sober and I plan to stay that way. Drinking has always been a way for me to escape and I realized it makes me happy temporarily and I hate the feeling of a hangover. And oh Fitness is life so drinking doesn't help. And I can never have just one drink. It's never just one...so yea sobriety on my own accord, not in a program or anything. I have control of my own actions.

A: Being able to work on my own schedule and living the life I like to live which included working out consistently twice a day every day, with maybe a day off in between it all. I like to eat good food and I like to be able to constantly do something.
