A: I travel every opportunity I can get, I love knowing I'm going to be visiting somewhere new!

A: Growing up I was shy and a bit awkward, kind of a nerd. It took me a long time to embrace those traits about myself, and be happy to grow into the person that I am today!

A: I have meal plans that I follow, depending on what my currents goals are with my training. I'm happy to share my expertise!
