A: I've always loved stretching. 😉
I exercise by moving my body and unlocking parts of it that feel stuck through different styles of dance and yoga.
I hike, I swim and I follow instructions for home workouts I find on YouTube when I'm too lazy to make up something of my own...
For food, I'll eat anything in moderation but don't vibe too well with creatures from the ocean.
I try to stay conscious about what I choose to put in my body, where It came from and how it came to my plate.
My home diet is vegan and mostly GF.
But I dip in and out of all the diets and try to not obsess over any of them.
However, I save the meat and the gluten for nights out and about!
Did anybody say PIZZA?

A: Over the years I've gotten to know myself pretty well. At this point I recognize my weaknesses and my strengths as part of the full package. I used to feel shame around my weak spots, and I had a hard time embracing all parts of myself.
I guess at this point, what I enjoy the most about myself, is my capacity to embrace all of me, equally and without judgement. Not to say there's no room for improvement, however, I feel content with where I'm at and I feel strong when approaching my soft spots from a place of love and embrace.
I also believe learning how to become friends with oneself is part of the school of life and thus learning how to truly relate to others.
Today I'm my own best friend and my own best sexual partner.
Possibly also your best sexual partner..... 😏
