What are 5 things you can’t live without?

When it comes to RentMen, I have five "rules" that aren't negotiable.
1) Payment for services is only accepted by CASHAPP or in CASH. No exceptions or arrangements that require any personal information.
2) Half of the payment is required before services are rendered. The other half is required immediately after services are rendered.
3) Rates are not negotiable. They are static. With the exception that tips are appreciated greatly.
4) Strong preference for multi-day travel-type engagements such as business trips. Discounts are given for multi-day engagements.
5) I will always treat you with complete respect. And I expect the same thing in return. There is no power differential. We each have a cost associated to the engagement and we each receive a benefit. I once had someone tell me that I "say" in anything regarding the arrangement. My "say" was a swift block.

What do you do for fun?
DutifulDaddy:
I joke around with people a lot of the time and I tell them that I basically have two, and only two, interests. Of all things, those interests happen to be playing and coaching tennis at a high level of play and trying to become bilingual in the Spanish language of which I am currently only conversational. I am a slow and steady language learner who puts in two to three hours a day of practice. You know what they say about the tortoise and the hare, right?
Bromeo con la gente muchas veces y les digo que básicamente tengo dos, y sólo dos, intereses. De todas las cosas, esos intereses resultan ser jugar y entrenar tenis a un alto nivel y tratar de ser bilingüe en el idioma español, del cual actualmente solo hablo. Aprendo idiomas de forma lenta y constante y dedico de dos a tres horas al día a practicar. Sabes lo que dicen de la tortuga y la liebre, ¿verdad?

What distinguishes you from all the other people you know?
DutifulDaddy:
Physically, nothing makes me stand out from the crowd. I am not young, not old, not tall, not short and I don't have the customary ten-inch penis of my colleagues. I will only stand out from the crowd if the calculations turn to traits such as intelligence, kindness, patience, and creativity. Those are the areas that I excel in and I use each of those strengths to create a client-centered experience specific to every individual client. I equally am concerned with getting paid and with leaving the client with value of his own.
Físicamente, nada me hace destacar entre la multitud. No soy joven, ni viejo, ni alto, ni bajo, y no tengo el pene habitual de diez pulgadas de mis colegas. Sólo me destacaré entre la multitud si los cálculos se centran en rasgos como la inteligencia, la amabilidad, la paciencia y la creatividad. Esas son las áreas en las que me destaco y uso cada una de esas fortalezas para crear una experiencia centrada en el cliente y específica para cada cliente individual. También me preocupa que me paguen y dejarle al cliente su propio valor.

What would you say are your greatest attributes?
DutifulDaddy:
I think one of my greatest traits is the ability to be realistic. I know who I am and who I am not. I know what other s on this site can offer to clients and what I can personally offer to clients. I don't try to waste time matching the strengths of my often younger, often more beautiful, competitors. Instead I try to offer physical pleasure that is enriched from my extended library of personal experiences and accentuated by a desire to give client-centered experiences in a way that is uncommon in this profession.
Creo que uno de mis mayores rasgos es la capacidad de ser realista. Sé quién soy y quién no soy. Sé qué otras s de este sitio pueden ofrecer a los clientes y qué puedo ofrecer yo personalmente a los clientes. No trato de perder el tiempo igualando las fortalezas de mis competidores, a menudo más jóvenes y a menudo más hermosos. En lugar de eso, trato de ofrecer placer físico que se enriquece con mi amplia biblioteca de experiencias personales y se acentúa por el deseo de brindar experiencias centradas en el cliente de una manera poco común en esta profesión.
