I put my client in touch with a lender who immediately knew how to handle their unique situation. Client is qualified three days later after submitting necessary documentation. The look of pure shock, awe, and joy on my clients face when she received the approval notification was priceless. Found a home within the first 2 days of showings. I used the knowledge gained to construct a deal the seller couldn’t turn away and was under contract within two weeks of our initial phone call!
