A: I trained, competed and taught in mixed martial arts for 20 years. I also rock climb, play volleyball and have a lot of sex (cardio, resistance training, flexibility etc) Diet I try to stick to Paleo

A: I’m a lover and a fighter. I trained, taught and competed in MMA for years but I’m also a romantic

A: Anything. I’m an open book so ask me anything. It’s probably important to know that I’m what they call an Empath and only now just starting to embrace it.

A: That I can find humor or levity in any situation when it’s needed most.

A: Um....stilts?
