RentMen:
Tell us a little about yourself, if you were to pick something what would you like others to absolutely know about you?
DevonHTX:
I'm a sexual nonconformist. I think sexuality is one of the few areas where rugged individualism really works--where exploring and learning what it is we really want and need from our encounters, not what straight people, the gay porn industry, or anyone else thinks we should want and need. I've spent my adult life -- and no small amount of trial and error -- developing a principled approach to promiscuity that's based on safely meeting real needs for physical affection and providing satisfying outlets for masculine aggression.
RentMen:
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
DevonHTX:
I tend to go through spurts of traveling a lot for two or three weeks, then hunkering down at home for a few weeks. I'm very much a homebody when I'm in Houston but love traveling around the U.S. -- and since I typically base my travel plans on what art I want to see and/or guys I'm going to meet for muscle worship and gut punching, I'm always excited about the next trip.
RentMen:
What would you say are your greatest attributes?
DevonHTX:
Best physical attributes: my nipples, my abs, and my overall lean proportionality. Personality attributes: my sense of humor and ability to listen.
RentMen:
Tell us about the best experience you have had in life.
DevonHTX:
Hopefully we're always constantly updating what our best experiences have been. How sad it would be to have had the best experience of your life decades ago! I'll tell you this: two weeks ago I was swooning over the J.M.W. Turner seascapes and the John Constable cloud studies at the Yale Center for British Art--practically had the whole gallery to myself-- and two hours later I was filming a muscle worship/gut punching video for my Homoabnormative blog and clip store, and then the guy and I bonded over bison burgers. That's about as perfect an experience as I can ask for, and I'm so thankful that these days it's also not an unusual one for me.
