A: First, coming to terms with who I am as a person and being proud of it. Second, getting up on that bodybuilding stage and showing off all my hard work!

A: I spend a lot of my free time in the gym. Trying to get bigger and bigger. I also love to travel and I’m a big music nerd. I’m also into videography and filming. Might also enjoy my marvel and anime! Oh, and I’m a foodie, nom!

A: I’m kind of a minimalist, and I like structure, routine and organization. Helps with bodybuilding. But I’m also very artistic and creative. I like to push myself and give myself a challenge. Maybe take calculated risk here and there ;)

A: I‘m usually bulking (I eat a lot of food), but will cut down for a show if need be. My diet is mostly healthy foods and I’m currently on a 4 day training split, focused on shoulders and chest.

A: I would say my eyes and smile. I also get a lot of compliments on my broad shoulders.

A: The gym, my phone, hot showers, carrot cake.

A: Even though I am big guy, I can be very romantic and affectionate. I‘m also very good at making people feel calm and relaxed.
