A: I have a trainer that gives me a strict diet to follow and I workout 6 times a week

A: Go to the beach, travel, watch the sunset

A: In my spare time I really enjoy helping people feel their best whether it’s making meal plans or workout plans

A: I travel very often. Probably 2 times a month. But I also love being a homebody and watching Netflix and ordering in.
