A: Mostly organic food, purified water that's then ionized or ozonated, many supplements, home gym, bicycle about five miles per day, ongoing supplement & nutrition research, experimenting on myself with a new item while closely observing its effects, and only 100% plant-based personal care products: soap, shampoo, dish & laundry detergent, moisturizers, essential oils, etc.
