Q: What are 5 things you can’t live without?

A: Meditation, music, healthy food/supplements, activism, talk shows

Q: What is your specialty?

A: I could never have a niche. Being a generalist is important to collect the dots and connect the dots in order to make improvements.

Q: How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?

A: I prefer to stay local to better understand and help community while learning good examples of innovation from around the world.

Q: What kind of diet and fitness regimen do you follow?

A: Mostly organic food, purified water that's then ionized or ozonated, many supplements, home gym, bicycle about five miles per day, ongoing supplement & nutrition research, experimenting on myself with a new item while closely observing its effects, and only 100% plant-based personal care products: soap, shampoo, dish & laundry detergent, moisturizers, essential oils, etc.

A: Humor, memory, knowledge, critical thinking skills, creativity/imagination, intuition, patience, optimism, flexibility
