A: I go to the gym often, even though sometimes I get lazy and need time to convince myself to go more regularly. For me, the best diet is to eat the things you enjoy in balance, so you can stay healthy but also eat foods that bring you joy. Desserts and chocolates are my guilty pleasures. 😋🤷♂️
