RentMen:
What kind of diet and fitness regimen do you follow?
BoFox:
Not a calorie Nazi and stick to a alkaline/vegetarian diet. Muscle confusion weight training 3-5 times. Try not to be sedentary.
RentMen:
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
BoFox:
I’m on the road 75% of the time these days and coming to a city near you. I obvi love to travel, even though sometimes I miss the fresh food in California and my dog.
RentMen:
What do you do for fun?
BoFox:
Scuba dive, travel (d’uh), weekday farmers markets, rooftop and dive bars, hiking great views, trying new things, brunch, Buddhist meditation and breathing, exploring new and favorite cities, pranks and practical jokes on friends, bathhouses, foodie scene things, the gym, tech shopping, Vanity Fair magazine, North Shore Tahoe, discover and share music, hotel pools, watch basketball games, live music/DJ shows, the ‘nearby’ feature on Scruff…
RentMen:
What distinguishes you from all the other people you know?
BoFox:
I like to think that all the other people I know are pretty frikkin’ awesome and I aspire to be like them someday. But I would say my style is just well rounded. I’m curious about everything from basketball to art history and I’ve had the stupid fortune to have traveled all over the world. You could drop me on a moped in Hanoi on a Friday night, opening evening at the opera in NYC, or beachside in San Diego and would feel totally comfortable in any location. I have seen and celebrate beauty in the most unlikely places.
