Q: What kind of diet and fitness regimen do you follow?

A: I fast from 8pm to 12pm the next day. I eat relatively healthy but not super healthy because I am a little bit of a foody. I am currently doing 5km walk/jogs every day. Not a gym person but looking to find a personal trainer to help me build muscle.

A: I'm a country boy. I grew up in rural NSW and I now live semi-rural Vic. I live on a small hobby farm about 30 min outside of Melbourne City. I have 6 horses and two dogs.
