I’m healer and wellness practitioner with nearly a decade of experince in the holistic health sphere. The most enriching bodywork experiences incorporate experiencing our felt sense of ourselves and or bodies. I also offer a variety of other healing modalities other than massage. I’ve been a polarity and craniosacral practitioner for over 7 years and have been a student of energywork and energy medicine studying everything from Reiki to Traditional Chinese Medicine. I incorporate these principles into my treatments.
