What kind of diet and fitness regimen do you follow?
AlexanderMark:
I enjoy the life but I look after my body too, no regime no diet just hard work at the gym very hard and healthy food only, we are what we eat.
Ohhh, I almost forgot and a lot of sex too.

If we sat on the beach and drank wine and ate great food just you and I, what would you tell me about yourself and your life?
AlexanderMark:
Let's enjoy what the God give us and then we will invent something to enjoy the life

How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
AlexanderMark:
Quite often, but I really enjoy staying in what I call home sweet home!

AlexanderMark:
