RentMen:
What do you do for fun?
yummyfur:
I enjoy socializing in beautiful settings with friends. The two spots I frequent the most are Marshall's Beach and Dolores Park in San Francisco. They are spectacularly beautiful and full of homos. I also look forward to the big events such as organized play parties, Folsom Street Fair or Dore Alley. These big events are special to me because it's like gay family reunion and I get to see tons of people.
RentMen:
What should others absolutely know about you?
yummyfur:
I try my hardest to not be judgmental of other's choices. Friends constantly trust me with their dark secrets because they know I listen and try to help, not make them feel bad about themselves.
RentMen:
What kind of diet and fitness regimen do you follow?
yummyfur:
I try to make it a point to consume, at minimum, half my body weight in grams of protein daily. Since I hover around 200 pounds, my target is a minimum of 100 grams per day. Other than that, I simply try and make good choices about what I eat, although I'm far from perfect.
At this point I don't believe in any special 'diet' plan. Everyone knows what types of foods are good and bad for you, so avoid the bad ones as much as possible. Avoid processed and pre-packaged foods packed with preservatives, sodium and sugar as much as possible, but indulge now and then. Life is too short.
This next one might be hard for some of you to hear, but here it goes. Cut the booze! Booze = sugar. If you are really serious about fitness, you have to quit getting trashed all the time. This will inevitably cause you to miss workouts and to not stick with your meal plan. Drinking has evolved into a weekly or bi-weekly occasion for me.
As far as exercise is concerned, leg day is my favorite. I live by the holy trinity of bubble butt, which consists of squats, dead lifts and lunges. If you only do three exercises for legs, make sure it's those three.
RentMen:
What would you like your readers to know about you that is unique and even a bit personal?
yummyfur:
I find beauty in the logic of mathematics. I am also fascinated by astrophysics and keep up with relevant current events. I read and watch everything I come across related to space exploration and how the universe functions. It's sort of weird to say this out loud because very few people know this about me.
