A: I may be a freak sometimes but deep down I am a solid person.

A: Get in touch with nature, go on hiking trails and explore the outside

A: I actually go the mile and stay as focused as possible.

A: Its happening right now as we speak. Life is amazing and only ends when we are moving on.

A: I used to be a lot better prior to COVID, but I am going to get back with cardio and weights and doing meal prep
