What kind of diet and fitness regimen do you follow?

bottombull:

A balanced diet combined with daily cardio (1.5h) morning walks and in the evening a weight session.

What would you like your readers to know about you that is unique and even a bit personal?

bottombull:

I come from a strong European background, born in Australia & have relocated to the US to start a new chapter and have some fun. I pride myself on being continually self improving both physically & mentally. I can be the life of the party alternatively I can be the homeboy staying in and cooking a wicked meal and enjoying company,.I love to please in each and every way I can and seeing other enjoy and relax. I hold two degrees, qualified chef and am currently studying a new language.

What distinguishes you from all the other people you know?

Some say its' my smile, others say there is just something about you and can not pin point exactly what it is. I am always my bubbly, approachable and charming self. I live by the saying, never judge a book by its cover. I find the sexiness, beauty and charm in every one I come across and meet. Extremely approachable and non judgmental.

How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?

bottombull:

As much asI love to travel, I balance this being a homebody. My idea of a Saturday night would be to stay in and invite friends over, cook an awesome meal, crack open a good bottle of wine and enjoy the evening. Laughing, sharing stories and jokes. At times I do like to spend time by myself however more often then not love to have company around.
