Thanks for asking, cubice. Actually, I travel all over the world. But to be clear, I travel... I don't 'tour' - - -
Many s TOUR and visit a bunch of places at once, advertising their services in each locale. They hope that their regular clients in a particular city will be around and book something with them, and they also hope to pick up new clients. You may have been asking if I might be coming to Boston as part of, say, a Northeast tour. Alas, this is not something I do.
Other s (like myself) TRAVEL. They wait for a client to express interest in going together to a place. Or, perhaps that client wants to bring the to a particular city, so that they can meet up there. If the client books the for extended time (often even an overnight), and covers his transportation costs, the client becomes an Anchor Client. Now, the may spend the overnight — or day or two or ten — with the Anchor Client, but choose to stay on in the destination and advertise his services for the days beyond.
Either way, a TRAVELING is a win-win situation: The Anchor Client gets to pick the days to connect that work best for his or her schedule, and the AC knows the will be entirely dedicated during their time together. The gets to travel without pressure: he knows his Anchor Client time will be good, and even if he doesn't get any other work, the trip will still be financially feasible.
So this is all to say, yes, I can come to Boston - and if you're serious about getting together with me and want to pursue this option, we should talk.
Please give me a call at your convenience. Thanks again!
