How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
Zyler:
absolutely love to travel! It has been an incredible experience exploring different countries and immersing myself in new cultures. So far, I've been fortunate enough to visit Australia, Canada, Mexico, England, France, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, the Dominican Republic, and many states in the USA. Each destination offered unique and memorable experiences. Traveling allows me to broaden my perspective, learn new things, and create precious memories. It's definitely a passion of mine, and I'm always looking forward to my next adventure!

What kind of diet and fitness regimen do you follow?
Zyler:
In terms of diet, I aim to eat a balanced and varied diet that includes a good mix of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. I try to limit processed foods and added sugars, and I make sure to stay adequately hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day.
When it comes to fitness, I incorporate a combination of cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and flexibility exercises into my routine. This helps me maintain overall fitness and strength, while also promoting flexibility and mobility. I try to engage in activities that I enjoy, such as running, swimming, or practicing yoga, to make exercise more enjoyable and sustainable.

What are your lifestyle specifics that makes who you are?
Zyler:
I live a very unpredictable kind of lifestyle and honestly I wouldn't have it any other way. I love the spontaneity each and everyday brings. Having a daily routine to me is boring and hard to live by.
