Q: How do you go the 'Extra Mile' in your life?
A: Living outside of my comfort zone. Doing things that test me and give me drive/ambition. Life is short and is 100% there to be lived!
Q: What are your lifestyle specifics that makes who you are?
A: Being british I don’t have family here so my closest friends are just that, family. So spending time with them, working out most days twice a day. Eating healthy with the odd cheeky chest day! But also still living and loving life!
Q: What distinguishes you from all the other people you know?
A: My energy and personality! 100% 😇
Q: What kind of diet and fitness regimen do you follow?
A: Pretty clean during the week. Gym 3-5 times a week and swim laps 3-5 times a week! 🙂
Q: If we sat on the beach and drank wine and ate great food just you and I, what would you tell me about yourself and your life?
A: I think there is so many facets of my life and me. I would depend on many things, how much wine we’ve drunk would be one of those things haha

A: The least judgemental person!
