Q: What kind of diet and fitness regimen do you follow?

A: I TRY to eat healthy. I stay away from fast food, but I'm a sucker for sweets!
I'm generally in the gym at least 5x/week. I tend to bulk up in the winter, and tone up starting in the spring when I can run outside. I have a love for long distance running. It's actually therapeutic to me.

Q: Tell us a little about yourself, if you were to pick something what would you like others to absolutely know about you?
