A: I keep my diet simple, cook my meals myself and avoid fast food and pre-packaged meals. Healthy diet habbits are just as important as a good workout. I do cardio 3 days a week and weight train 3 days a week. I enjoy my home gym and a mix of Yoga and mixed martial arts to keep me limber and flexible.

Q: How do you go the 'Extra Mile' in your life?

A: I'm a southern gentlemen trapped in a west coast world. My manners are very polished, and I treat others with respect and kindness. My sexy smile also helps put folks at ease while I am doing so.

Q: What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?

A: I have many hobbies that allow me to create and explore my interests. I am a great cook, and love to go out dancing.

Q: How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?

A: I love to travel! The thing I enjoy the most is taking my time to explore and enjoy the places I am lucky enough to visit. Tropical beaches are of course my favorite, but I also love to visit mountainous areas for some great views.
When I am at home, I am definitely more of a homebody, spending more time cooking and working out rather than battling all the crowds.

A: My sense of humor and my sultry voice. I can make everyone laugh, while at the same time, making you feel at ease and comfortable with my deep voice and calm conversational skills.
