What kind of diet and fitness regimen do you follow?

TopherEvans:

I keep my diet simple, cook my meals myself and avoid fast food and pre-packaged meals. Healthy diet habbits are just as important as a good workout. I do cardio 3 days a week and weight train 3 days a week. I enjoy my home gym and a mix of Yoga and mixed martial arts to keep me limber and flexible.
