A: Honesty and being punctual are very important to me.

A: Enjoy traveling, big time foodie. and reading a good book at home.

A: Not being afraid to travel alone is one of the greatest experiences I've had in my life.

A: Twice a month at least domestically.

At least 4 or 5 times a year to Europe or South America. Canada has been calling my name as of recently as well.

A: In one sentence… I have lived a full life. and I live my life with no regrets.

A: Life is urgent by nature. I come from greatness in all I do.

15+ years clean and sober, for that I am grateful and will not risk it for the world.

A: - I have a daily meditation practice.
- clean & sober since 2007
- I don't eat bread.. even if it is GF.

A: Great consumer of news. I try and avoid politics however.

Really enjoy cooking, since I am a professional trained chef.

I LOVE / LIVE to travel the world. I've been to 25 countries on 5 continents.

Checking out the hidden museums in new cities, from fine dining to the diner. Great conversations and I love art!

Q: How do you go the 'Extra Mile' in your life?

A: Always showing up on time!

Manners seem to be lost in this day and age and using them is just a part of who I am.

Q: What distinguishes you from all the other people you know?

A: Experience.

Education. - I studied human sexuality and psychology in collage.

Q: What kind of diet and fitness regimen do you follow?

A: Weight training and cardio 4 to 5 times a week.

Having an accountability / workout partner very much keeps me in check!
- I eat a GF / gluten free diet, because I have celiac disease.

Q: What do you enjoy most about yourself?

A: I always enjoy meeting new people and constantly learning new things about myself and the world around me.
