A: I try to eat 3 full meals a day, 2 gallons of water, 3 protein shakes a day, lift weights 4 days a week, 5 days of cardio and at least 6hrs. Of sleep everyday. Oh and extra curricular activity as often as possible.
A: My best experience in life happens everytime I get the chance to meet someone new and exciting, the best experiences in life are when you are given the opportunity to meet new people and learn something from them that will help you grow and become a better you.

A: I love to go for long drive's in my land rover. I love the fact that i have completed my climbing of 5 -14,000 + ft. mountains in the rocky mountains of colorado. Going on a date with a guy and finding out that we enjoy each other's company.
