A: It's not going to sound very interesting, but I eat a high protein, high fiber, low calorie diet, and I go to the gym at least 4 times a week. I wasn't always like this, but ever since I started living this way, my sleep has improved, my energy during the day is better, and my sex drive has skyrocketted!
A: To be honest, I'm a bit of a homebody. I spend most of my free time at home with my sweet potato pitbull my kitten. If I go out with friends, it's usually dinner or movies, or I have people over to my house. The last time I went to a bar it was for karaoke night (and yes, I brought the house down! lol)
A: Over the last 2 years I completely changed my lifestyle. I started eating right and going to the gym regularly. I've lost 60 pounds of fat over these last couple of years and now I find any excuse to get undressed.
A: I'm super laid-back and go-with-the-flow. I'm a very positive person and smile and laugh often; life's too short! Let's enjoy the ride.
