A: I was previously a sponsored crossfit athlete where I competed with a team at regionals for a few years. My practice now consists of 3 days crossfit and 4 days body building. When I’m in my best shape my diet is more Mediterranean. My ex husband was Turkish so I ate Turkish food daily for 5 years. Best diet tip I can give.
