A: I work out every other day.. running 3-5 miles

A: My past experiences, overcoming them, owning them, and making them mine. Each experience whether was good or bad had a lasting impact on my life to develop me into the man i am today. Some are happy thoughts others are not. Whether I like it or not the experiences still have a hold on the development in my life and even the spawn I create.

Q: If we sat on the beach and drank wine and ate great food just you and I, what would you tell me about yourself and your life?

A: About the struggles that made me stronger. My Child hood was not easy, and the adolescence was even tougher. Military Family so we moved a lot and had to adjust all the time to new country, state, city , house everything new. This resilience to moving and making new friends, making a new home, made me that much stronger as I got older and with adjusting easily to change

A: That I served in military and fought for the right to be a American

Q: What do you enjoy most about yourself?

A: I enjoy the fact that I am a Thinker/Planner. My brain is constantly going thinking up, planning things or revising things to make them better. Yep improvement is Key
