A: I travel quite a bit! but I really adore my home and the time I spend there alone and with loved ones.
A: I make a point to try and connect and really listen to each person I meet.
A: Having been a student in nutrition I have a lot of opinions on this subject. I think the most important realization for me was to learn how to have a positive relationship with all food and break past the idea of good and bad food. I eat what I want, trying to focus on whole foods. I am naturally pretty active but don't have a regular work out style.
A: The most important lifestyle choice for me was to cook and savor (almost) ever meal. I believe in constantly strengthening and deepening relationships and constant self-growth
A: Answering these questions always feels disingenuous, after some thought I realized that there were are few things that really contributed to my well being. Having a good book on hand, taking time to drink tea, escaping to the forest, inspiration from artist, sharing a meal with loved ones.
